Good wine is born in the country: the Cantina Produttori Cormòns has adopted the old farmer said and bet much of its production project on the care of the vineyard, drafting a constitution, supported by a Parcel diary, a detailed code of conduct to which all members must comply.

There are noted all the details and dates of the winter pruning, agronomic practices and crop operations, specifying products and dosages.

Each member contains the dates of beginning and end of the phenological phases of cultivated varieties, in order to obtain a uniform and high standard of quality of the grapes.

The Notebook of the campaign is aimed at getting a reliable product in terms of taste and of the highest quality; so, the pest control involves minimal use of pesticides, focusing on the constant monitoring of the over 436 hectares of vineyards.

Eight-equipped weather stations scattered in various parts of the territory microclimate, record any climate change, temperature, humidity, solar radiation, the amount of rainfall.

The data arriving in real time in the central computer of the Cantina Produttori Cormòns, which are carefully screened to prevent the slightest anomaly.

Technology in the true respect for the old ways, a perfect mix of tradition and high technology that allows the Cantina Produttori Cormòns to control the area, resulting in grapes of exceptional quality and good wines.
